Naukri kab milegi? How Jyotish reads getting a job

What do you want to know? Pick a question or type your own — Hindi, Hinglish or English. I read it from your kundli, here in your browser.
For a fuller answer, continue in the Jyotish app.
It asks you a question or two back like an astrologer would, reads the navamsa and your tradition too, answers in Hindi, Hinglish or English, and shows the placement and rule behind every sentence. Your chart stays on your phone.
Job, sarkari naukri, when and why not yet. The 10th house is career, the 6th is service, and Saturn, the Sun and Mercury each have a say. Here is how a chart answers it, and the real questions people ask.
Tell the chat above your birth date, time and place, and your question is read from the houses, grahas and dasha the tradition uses for it — free, computed in your browser, and never sent anywhere.
Which houses, which grahas
Career is the 10th bhava (karma) and its lord; service — a job as opposed to business — is the 6th; income from it is the 2nd and 11th. Saturn is the karaka of work and service, the Sun of authority and government, Mercury of trade and communication.
A government job is read from the Sun's strength, the Sun or Saturn linked to the 10th, and Jupiter's blessing on the 10th or its lord.
The first job, and each change, comes in the dasha of the 10th lord, the 6th lord, Saturn or a graha in the 10th, with Saturn or Jupiter transiting the 10th, the 6th or the lagna.
Unemployment that drags is read from a weak 10th lord, Saturn's delay on the 10th, or a dasha with no link to the 10th — a period, not a verdict.
What the chart can say
Every question here is one of a few kinds. The tradition has a way of reading each kind; this is it, in the words the app uses.
When will it happen?
Timing in Jyotish comes from three clocks read together: the Vimshottari dasha (which graha's period is running and which sub-period), the transits of Jupiter and Saturn over the bhava concerned, and the year's activation of that bhava. A period is named when all three point the same way; the tradition names a window, never a date. For a job, the dasha of the 10th or 6th lord or of Saturn, with Saturn or Jupiter transiting the 10th, is the window.
Will it happen?
A yes-or-no question is read as a matter of strength, not fate: how strong the bhava is, where its lord sits, which grahas aspect it, and whether the navamsa agrees. The texts describe what a strong or afflicted house tends to give; they do not decree. A government job is read as likely when the Sun is strong and linked to the 10th and Saturn supports it.
Why is it not happening?
Not getting a job is read from a weak or afflicted 10th lord, Saturn's hand on the 10th, or a dasha unconnected to work. The tradition names the period and when it turns.
How will it go?
Which kind of job suits is read from the 10th house's rashi and lord and the strongest graha of the chart — the field, not the employer.

Want to ask back, the way you would an astrologer?
The Jyotish app answers in your words — Hindi, Hinglish or English — from the chart on your phone, asks a question back when it needs to, and shows the placement and the rule under every sentence. Health, money and legal questions are declined, not guessed.
The upay the tradition gives
A remedy is aimed at a graha, and only at a weak or afflicted one — a strong graha needs none. These are the grahas most often behind this topic, with the free practices the Jyotish app lists; the kundli tool checks whether yours are weak before it suggests any.
