Printable packs
Packs are digital downloads, sold and delivered by Gumroad.
- If a file won't download, won't open, or isn't what the pack page described, email us at any time and we will fix it or refund you in full.
- If you simply changed your mind, ask within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full. We only ask that you delete the files.
- Bought the same pack twice by mistake? We refund the extra one.
How to ask
Reply to your Gumroad receipt, or email spolvero.design@gmail.com with the email address you bought with and the pack's name. You don't need to give a reason. We reply within two working days.
Gumroad sends the refund to the card or account you paid with. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 working days; the exact time is up to your bank.
The kundli report
The report is sold on Gumroad as a licence key. If the key does not unlock the report, or the report is not what the kundli page described, email us and we will fix it or refund you in full. If you simply changed your mind, ask within 30 days of buying and we will refund you; the key stops working once the refund goes through.
Tips
A tip is a gift, so it isn't normally refunded. If you tipped by mistake or entered the wrong amount, tell us within 7 days and we will refund it.
App purchases
Purchases inside our Android apps go through Google Play. Within 48 hours you can ask Google for a refund yourself from your Play order history. After that, email us and we will look at it.
Design services
Studio projects follow the payment and refund terms in the written quote, or the Upwork contract if you hired through Upwork.
