The free tools
The tools are free to use, with no account, for personal, school and work use. They run in your browser, and what you make with them — a timer setting, a bingo card, a poster, a chart — is yours to use however you like, including for commercial events.
They are made with care and tested, but they are provided as they are. In particular:
- Device tests (camera, microphone, speaker, keyboard, screen) show what your browser can see. A pass or a fail is a strong hint, not a repair diagnosis or a warranty decision.
- The ruler and ring sizer depend on your screen's calibration. Check a measurement against a real ruler before you order anything that costs money.
- Timers run in a browser tab, which a phone can pause to save battery. Don't rely on one for anything where a missed alarm could harm someone, such as medicine or cooking safety.
- Some screen tests flash colours quickly. They warn you first. If you are sensitive to flashing light, don't use them.
What you put into a tool
Photos, words and recordings you use in a tool stay on your device unless a page clearly says otherwise, as theprivacy page explains. Only use photos and text you have the right to use. If you share something through a tool, you are responsible for what you share.
Fair use of the site
Please don't try to break the site, overload it with automated requests, get around its limits, or use it to do anything unlawful. Reading it with a search engine or AI crawler that respects robots.txtis welcome.
Our content
The site's text, design, code and illustrations belong to Spolvero. You may quote short passages with a link back. Photographs come from Unsplash under the Unsplash Licence and are credited where they appear; icons come from Icons8. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC, and other product names belong to their owners.
Templates you share
When you send a bingo word list or a chart to the template gallery, you confirm you made it and agree that anyone may see it there and use or change it, for free, including for events and gifts. We review every template before it appears and may decline or remove any without giving a reason. Don't include names, contact details or anything you don't have the right to share.
Printable packs
A pack is a digital download, sold and delivered by Gumroad. Nothing is posted. Buying one gives you a licence to print as many copies as you like for your own home, classroom or event. Please don't resell the files, share them, or upload them where others can download them. Refunds are covered on the refunds page.
Tips, ads and affiliate links
A tip is a gift and buys nothing. Some pages show ads, labelled "Advertisement". A few pages link to products on Amazon; as an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. What you buy on Amazon is between you and Amazon.
Design services
Studio work is covered by the written scope and quote agreed before a project starts, or by the Upwork contract if you hire through Upwork. Those terms take priority over this page for that work.
Other websites
Links to other sites are there because they are useful. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Spolvero is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the site or its tools, and our total liability for anything you paid for is limited to what you paid. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in India.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site grows. The date at the top shows the latest version, and it applies from that date.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please write to us first — most problems are fixed by email. Any dispute that can't be settled that way goes to the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your own courts.
