What to write to us about
A free tool not working
Say which tool, which browser and which device. Most tools here run entirely in your browser, so a problem usually depends on the browser or on a permission such as the camera or microphone. The page address and a screenshot of what you see are the quickest way for us to reproduce it. The device tests have their own troubleshooting steps on each page, which are worth a look first.
Feedback on an app
Pick the app in the form so the message reaches the right list. Tell us your phone model and the app version from its settings screen. Feature requests are read and kept: when several people ask for the same thing, it moves up the list. For a refund on a paid pack or app, see the refund policy.
A design project
Spolvero is a small studio that designs and builds apps and web tools. If you have a product to design, describe what it does, who uses it, your timeline and your budget. You can see what we have built on the studio page.
What happens to your message
The form sends what you type to our inbox by email through FormSubmit, a form-delivery service. We use it only to reply to you. There is no mailing list behind this form. The privacy policy explains how long messages are kept and how to ask for them to be deleted.
